Service Eligibility

AAAeps offers digital POS rental and related services exclusively within the UAE. Customers must provide valid identification and agree to AAAeps' service terms before equipment issuance.

Rental Agreement

All POS machine rentals are for a seasonal term, with clear pricing: AED 1,400 per season + AED 1,000 refundable deposit. Devices must be returned in working condition to qualify for deposit refunds.

Usage Policy

POS machines must only be used for legal business transactions. Any misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications will result in service termination and forfeiture of the deposit.

Refund Policy

The deposit is fully refundable upon timely return and satisfactory inspection of equipment. Transaction fees (7%) are non-refundable.

Support & Maintenance

AAAeps provides local technical support. Users are responsible for reporting faults. Damage due to negligence may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

AAAeps is not liable for any business loss, financial loss, or data breaches resulting from misuse or third-party system failures.

Privacy & Data

AAAeps collects minimal customer data for setup and support. We do not sell, share, or misuse your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Termination of Service

AAAeps reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance, delayed payments, equipment misuse, or breach of terms.

Governing Law

All services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
